Pressure Air Meter

Air meter is designed to determine air content, determination of specific gravity and free moisture test of aggregates. Designed to save time, reduce water used, ensure accuracy and maintain sample integrity (sample may be used for slump and compression tests).

Volumetric Air Meter

Standards: ASTM C173

The Volumetric is used for the rolling method of measuring entrained air in any concrete. This ultra-lightweight and easy-to-use instrument is supplied complete with the meter, funnel, syringe, tamper, calibration cup, mallet, strike-off bar and plastic carrying case. The plastic materials used in the construction of this unit not only make it lightweight; but also allow the user to use water for clean-up and small amounts of muriatic acid for periodic cleaning.

Calibrator

Calibrators quickly field-check accuracy of pressure-type concrete air meters. With a calibrator in the water-filled base, air meter gauge should read 5% air. Two calibrators are used in a 0.25ft³ meter for a 10% air reading.

Brass Calibrator is of precisely machined brass.

Plastic Economy Calibrator is rugged plastic with metal weighted ring.

Lightweight Aluminum Calibrator is accurately machined to exact dimensions. They are sturdier than plastic, less expensive than brass models.
